Policy on Returns and Exchanges


Returns on Ready to Ship Items:

We only allow returns for defective or damaged items, in which case we always try to exchange first, refund if an exchange is not possible. All returns must be sent back within 7 days of receiving your item. In order to be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. If upon inspection we decide the item does not meet requirements for a refund, we reserve the right to mail them back at the buyer's expense.

All sales are final and cannot be cancelled or returned.

Please order carefully and double check your shipping address before placing an order. We will no longer be able to change your information after an order is placed or issue partial refunds for forgetting to use a discount code/rep code. 

Returns and Refunds on Pre-Order Items:

Pre-order items are made exclusively for you in your requested size. All our pre-ordered goods are considered final sale items, orders cannot be cancelled and items cannot be returned for a refund (unless the item is damaged or defective). In case of a defective or damaged item, if an exchange in your size is not available, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Please allow 3-5 working days for the funds to post to your method of payment.

If your item is defective upon receipt, you may return it within 7-10 days of initial shipment with the prepaid label we will provide you. Just contact us via email or facebook message with your order number and name, we kindly ask you take detailed pictures for our records so we are aware of the issue when we receive your item. 

Shipping & Delivery

All our products are made in India and shipped from our office in South Carolina. We offer free standard first class mail with tracking and no insurance for all orders. If you'd like your items by a certain date, we recommend Priority or expedited shipping, available for an extra fee. We also offer Route shipping insurance and highly recommend for extra protection. Once packages leave our office we are not responsible for lost, delayed, stolen or packages delivered to the incorrect address. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is correct and accurate before checking out.

All of our pre-order are estimated to be shipped within 8-10 weeks, please note we do everything in our power to ship pre-orders on time, but sometimes unpreventable delays beyond our control could happen, such as customs delays, weather related closures.
